Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Non-returnable items:

    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Gift cards.

Exchanges

Refunds

    1. Arrived damaged or defective.
    2. Were not delivered within the expected timeframe due to issues on our end.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please check with your local delivery carrier for assistance.
